You are what you repeatedly do.
I started working as a consultant while I was still in university. The approach I take is based on performance: I read each situation as a system, then create experiments designed to improve performance. Improving performance involves two considerations: how can we make this easier, and how can the work being done be more productive. I often tell people that I have a 100% success rate, and that is the truth. The reason for this seemingly impossible track record is simple: I work constantly to keep up on the latest research, and I work with people that are interested in improving. My work in this area includes individuals groups, and clients in the private, public, and non-profit sector. Consulting is one of my favourite things to do because it allows me to collaborate with different people, and to test my work in a variety of real-world scenarios.
